Originally this review earned only 3 stars and that was because of the extensive stock they carry, a real treasure chest :-) Thankfully the rude and grumpy owner has sold and some lovely, friendly people have taken over. I had stopped shopping here but I went in a few weeks ago as I just needed a card and it was easier to pop in here than to go to the Regent store. I am so glad that I did because now I know it is under new, welcoming ownership.

I thought I was buying genuine Pokemon cards but when I got home, I realised that they were indeed fake and confirmed they were with searches on the internet. Their tolerance towards children seems to be lacking somewhat which is a shame as they are their target audience. That's where they'd be making their money.

I have purchased a few things here. Great selection of small goods at competitive prices. Owned by an Indian man who is knowledgeable and will assist when needed. Otherwise he lets you browse without interuption which I like. The location is on Kamo road but not easy to find as it is tucked back from the main road - opposite the Z petrol station. Worth popping in for a browse if you are in the area.

I have always thought the owners were of good substances how ever, I purchased a glue gun 1 month ago and a small plastic linkage arm has broken from poor injection moulding.I asked yesterday if they had an old one so I could fix it myself, the person was so adamant they had no obligation to me to refund, repair or replace. Very poor service I us to go there one a week, not any more
