Amazing service!I needed a power pack for my newMacBook urgently (computer just got released with new charger, so really hard to find) and these guys have be doing everything they could to get me one within 24 hours, when all other retailers told me it was not possible. They even went to the delivery company themselves to it pick up so that I could have it before they closed!

10/10 would recommend! After having a nightmare with the only apple provider in Queenstown (Deep focus). I sent my computer down Invercargill to get properly fixed my keyboard and battery in my Macbook touch bar with no charges due to warranty cover .. If you are in Queenstown or around Invercargill definitely worth shipping the computer down !!! They did an amazing job and i am super happy with the result. Highly recommend for any issues with apple products i Would definitely return for mac repairs. I really appreciate all your help. Thanks Enrique

These guys are brilliant! They diagnosed the problem with my phone (unfix-able) and they did it for nothing. Couldn't recommend them enough!
