Guardex Security Services

We used Guardex for about 8 months. They decided to terminate our contract without notifying us. We were told by our alarm monitoring company that they were no longer servicing the Rolleston Area and were we aware of this. We weren’t. We then asked Guardex about why we had not heard from them. They answered that “Apologies you should have received a termination notification. An email was sent out on 12th of November detailing a 30 day notice that we would not be able to provide a response service in the Selwyn area due to no longer having available staff in the area to provide a local response time”. Pretty bad form on their part. Especially when their slogan is “the security company that truly delivers on their promise”?? FYI if your looking for a RELIABLE alarm response company.
