Paid $40 for glass screen protector - waited approx. 20 minutes for it to be installed. Noticed there was adhesive oozing from underneath the screen and there were air bubbles / dust underneath the screen. The adhesive made its way into my phone speaker and now the sound is distorted. Would not recommend!

Terrible customer service and I think a breach of the Consumer Guarantees Act. I’d rate less than 1 star if possible. They replaced a phone battery 4 months ago after the previous replacement had swelled and failed. The screen was replaced too.The new battery has failed and swelled too within 4 months. The screen was fine but is now damaged because of the battery failure. They replaced the battery but refused to replace the damaged screen. That’s $170 wasted as the screen is now barely usable.Stay away from this place. Complaint to the commerce commission on it way.

IPad dropped off. And screen was not glued in after being there for 3 days. Advised 40mins out of town and with price of diesel I cannot come in again unless they pay for the fuel since they wanted to hold for another night, after I held the iPad in store and was about to pay and realised screen is not glued in Advised I will half price for job half done and they ended up charging me 70 for a116 dollar job. Now 2 days later, screen is not working at all. Will have to take back in and request refund.Poor service, guy on front desk did not even know how to turn on screen of iPad, so tone was set from there, that they did not know what they were doing.Edit: iPad at home after 1 day and screen does not work or register touch. Will take to affiliated iPad store to rectify

I bought a USB-C cable from the store for $20. After three months it stopped charging my phone.I went back to the store and explained the situation. The staff member told me that he didn't do a warranty on 'sale items' and that these cables should only be used for 'temporary purposes'. Since he is the only shop that sells, then there won't be a warrantee provided. I explained the basics of the CGA to him: if it's faulty, it can be repaired, replaced or refunded. The reply was 'I can only offer you $10 off of a higher-quality product.' No refunds, and he specifically mentioned that he wouldn't provide a replacement of that quality anyway.I didn't appreciate the service or the misunderstanding of the CGA.Shop around when buying cables and expect to get what you pay for, service included.

I had an issue in the beginning with my iPad but one of the reps listened to my concerns and went out of his way for a couple of days to fix my problem. I’m leaving four stars because the time to fix my iPad took longer than expected but that does not go with out saying there customer service was superb and In the end they fixed my iPad and did a wonderful job. All in all the job got done right and that’s most important to me.Thank you phone experts

As I have already stated, this is a manufacturing fault and the product has not performed up to the expected standard as per the Consumers Guarantee Act, (henceforth referred to as the CGA).2. Your sales person did not nicely" help me. I presented the Bluetooth speaker in the original packaging including the charging chord. The sales person stuck another chord into the speaker

My iPhone X got dropped into water last week and was ever since then found that screen was not responsive. I took it to several places for having a check up and was told it would cost around over $400 to be fixed. My friend suggested me to visit Phone Expert. When I went there, the guy checked the phone and told me that the inspection was needed. It took only an hour for an inspection and was told that the screen is the issue which can be replaced for only $190. Less that half price of what other repairers told me. NOW I HAVE COMPLETELY FIXED PHONE that too at less cost. HIGHLY RECOMENDED PLACE. Knowledgeable staff.

If you are reading this feedback, please don't buy from this retailer. If you do please make sure you ask about warranty in writing.This guy done a glass replacement a couple weeks back for my phone and start bubbling, it is not my first time having a screen protector so i know how long they should last.I took it back and apparently there is no warranty on workmanship or the material itself. He also said even if it peel within 1 day still no warranty! I didn't know he can do that in NZ!I expect the product to be at least suitable for purposes under Consumer Guarantee Act but it is not and refusal to remedy the situation.Dear Retailer, i am still expect you to fix my issue!

These guys have always proven to be helpful to me and my friends. I dropped my i Phone 11 and broke the back glass and the guys at Phone Expert fixed it the same day. i dropped my mobile at 10 am to get it fixed and got a call back at 2 pm saying my mobile is fixed already. I am really amazed with the quality and time frame of this guys. Highly recommended
