Becs is extremely knowledgeable, I thoroughly enjoyed her 6 week meditation course. It was a huge help to me and I learnt lots of different techniques. Would highly recommend taking part in one of the courses Becs runs.

All excellent--I am a regular yoga goer and Beccs is full of inspiriation, wisdom to achieve your goals and science based knowlege backs up alot of her sharing. Her voice is one you could listen to all day, especially good for guided meditation!!

This was a guided 12 week experience where we utilized “kaizen” approach to developing habits that “stick”. It has been life-changing. Also it created a safe space for a group of people to be vulnerable and celebrate their need to grow and improve their lives.
