A fantastic experience from start to finish.We we requested a quote from three different companies and the only one that got back to us with any sensible advice was Justin at Infinite. He was helpful, honest and on point with everything we needed to know.On the day of the install the guys turned up at 8am and we were up and running by 3pm with the whole setup complete and tidied up by the time I got home from work. I can't recommend the service enough.We've had the system in and running for a couple of weeks now, we've seen good weather and bad and the power generated is great even on an off day.Several people had warned me not to get solar yet because the technology isn't there but from what I've seen already I think they would change their minds.All in all, great experience, great service, great system and great future savings.

We'd been considering solar for a while to enable us to do our bit for the environment and reduce the ever increasing power bill.We had numerous quotes and while Infinite Energy were not the cheapest they clearly offered the best solution in terms of quality product that will outperform over time.The app to follow your generation and make smarter choices around usage is first class, they then supported us with how to upgrade to an import/export meter and came back to install a hot water timer, couldn't fault their service at all, highly recommended to anyone looking at solar.

Looking at Solar? Look no further than Infinite Energy, Cromwell.My wife and I are retired and live in a near new home in Alexandra that is highly dependent on Electricity. Apart from gas hot water there is no other form of energy in the house such as a wood-burner. We spend a lot of time at home because we don’t work so we are above average users of electrical energy.We had become concerned at the rising prices of electricity and we are also conscious of doing our bit for the environment, so we started, last year, to seriously look at solar power systems.In mid November 2022 we approached Infinite Energy and to cut a long story short, by Christmas, we were proud owners of a fully installed solar system custom designed to meet as much of our demand as possible consistent with the constraints such as available roof space.Throughout our dealing with the team at Infinite, including sales, design, install, accounts and other administrative staff we experienced nothing but courtesy, empathy for our needs and professionalism, generally a delight to deal with. As far as the install process itself is concerned they were in and out in two days causing minimum disruption to our lives.If you are concerned at what a solar system might do to the look of your home all we can say is that we have received feedback from friends and neighbours who say that if they didn’t know we had installed solar they would hardly have noticed it. The internal components, including batteries, take up less space than a fridge.Now that we have a system, we are looking forward to seeing how it performs and can meet both our expectations and the designed performance objective which was to provide an average of two thirds of our electric energy needs. While, obviously, the only performance we have observed so far has been at the peak period for solar output and there is the winter period still to come we have got off to a flying start. In the two weeks since the system was powered up, we have lived life as normal, had the air-conditioning going as much as needed on the hot days, produced power consistent with our past usage patterns and we haven’t paid a cent for the power used in those two weeks. For energy that our grid supplier would previously have billed us $150 they will be paying us around $30.It is difficult to see how Infinite could have done better. We would say, stop shopping around and give them a call.

We appreciated the hard work done by the team installing our solar system. They maintained the integrity of our architecturally designed house and everything was done to ensure that the impact of the refit was kept to an absolute minimum. The team did such a tidy job and everyone was lovely to deal with. They were all very personable and they always stopped to answer our questions. They even checked with us all throughout the job to make sure that we were happy with what they were doing. We are so thrilled with the whole experience, we need to say a huge thank you to everyone involved.

Battery unit was a good looking unit . service was very good . Justin the rep was excellent to deal with and after hour service was a bonus. Overall very happy with everything.

We live in Christchurch and had a Spa installed, and watched our electricity bill soar. However, Justin had given us his business card while we were finalising the purchase. Together, Justin and we came up with a design that best suited our situation, then his team refined it to take full advantage of our orientation and location. The installers were fantastic, arriving on time, as promised, and had our system installed and generating power in half a day. We can now monitor our power usage throughout the day, changing our energy use to fit into our generating window. Not only are we energy self-sufficient during most daylight hours, we also export substantial power back to the grid (we chose not to get a battery yet). We are extremely happy with the solution and highly recommend Justin and the team at Infinite Energy.

Justin and the team at Infinte Energy have been absolutely fantastic from day one. The ongoing support and service we've received is a a credit to their profressionalism and approachability. If you're looking for great service like we used to get 'back in the day', Infinte Energy are the team for you. They will not try to sell you something bigger than you need – it’s about right-sizing the system for your house and usage patterns, and they work hard to design the right system for you.The install was fast, clean and tidy – they really do care how the final install looks visually. I think we’re actually going to save more money than initially preditcted. This is in part due to the excellent web-based / phone app monitoring that comes with the solar inverter, giving real time usage information as well as generation information.If we ever wanted to increase the size of our system or install solar on another property if we move house, we’d use Infinte Energy again without even considering anyone else.
