I used Waitara NW catering to supply salads and burger patties for a BBQ for 70 people. Kirsten in the deli department and Christoper in butchery did an outstanding job. I particularly recommend Christopher’s brisket and lamb patties, outstanding on the BBQ!

Brought some meaty as pork bones & big piece of brisket... It was yummy as with the puha we picked.... The only supermarket where my brother had to wait for them to cut up a whole back bone.

We were there yesterday and found it quite good with good variety of products including at least some gluten free things. Yesterday there was NO BREAD not the supermarkets fault( but difficult to find substitutes.) The suppliers hadn't supplied!Most staff were very friendly and helpful when I wanted a gluten free item I couldn't find. So overall very happy would go back there!

I enjoy the interaction with the great staff customer service @ NW Waitara. Most staff acknowledge my existence with eye contact and/or a smile - SUCH an important way to make a customer feelimportant!!Nothing is ever a problem to them instore and it is always a clean, friendly relaxing place to shop.Because i am mobility unabled " i do have difficulty with the trollies being so far from the parking. Customer service can be poor depending on who is serving you. A couple of people are very unpleasant. Other staff are nice and welcoming.
