Seems like an awesome store, went there with my mum. Was shocked with how the lady on checkout spoke to her. She was buying multiple items, so naturally forgot what one of them were. & she had very little patience & spoke in the most snappy tone of voice. Wow. My mum said it wasn't the first time she's argued with her over something. Perhaps there needs to be a better system, a pen to write down the items? Unless we missed it. Good luck.

I like shopping here. You can take your own containers. Staff very helpful. Besides getting goods for cooking they have lollies from overseas. I especially like the Dutch licorice and get the salty version for my friend. The have ginger lollies for people who are unwell or just love ginger. Love to browse the shelves.

Went in store and was really disappointed to see empty shelves containers empty. Did get some peanut butter though. Wish Dunedin store could get a wide variety and stock as the Nelson binn inn

It's OK. Charges for paywave fee for both credit and debit card though the sign on machine states it's relevant to credit cards only. Good concept and good selection of basic healthy products.
