My third time buying another product (usually laptops) from justlaptop but this time I got an issue with the charger being defective, it does buzzy noise between the cable and battery. However, I talked to Justlaptop via Email and the staff did an outstanding job by a great communication, attention and care. They sent me a new charger and cable to fix my problem, including a lovely gift packed in the box. Thanks a lot, for sure I will keep highly recommend this place if you need quality stuff and service :) happy xmas

If you are looking for exceptional service and very low prices, this is the place. My dead slow All-in-One HP was rebuilt with SSD and 16G RAM and now we're flying! Could have set me back about 4 or 5 times what I paid. Turnaround time, within a day was very good. Rebuilt a laptop for me about 18 months ago and it's still brilliant. No flashy showroom, just great service and product!!!

You can trust them. They have the best price for everything and their customer service is GOD LEVEL. My case for refunding a faulty refurbished laptop was handled just like I were one of their family member. High quality and efficient communication all the time, talking to them is easy and make you feel like you’ve been taking a good care of!They also care about their customers feelings!
