I went here specifically because they offered alternative payment options such as laybuy, actually forgoing my regular lash lady so I could make the most of this.This was advertised on the website and again in my confirmation email. After my appointment I went to pay and the lady said they don’t have Laybuy and offered Afterpay and although I wasn’t too happy about the misleading information I agreed. I tried to pay with my Afterpay card three times and each time an error came up saying “this shop is not a merchant of Afterpay” implying they didn’t offer this service in the store. I also confirmed I had $2,000 available to use on my account.In turn, the resolution was to pay the total by ‘cash’ or ‘bank transfer’ and no either way to resolve the situation. Overall, super disappointing and had I known this prior I wouldn’t have come here. I do believe this shouldn’t have been advertised on the website or a small sign at the counter so you know before you get your treatment. So, if you’re looking to pay by alternative payment method I wouldn’t recommend coming here, honestly I feel like it was a bit of a scam and false advertising. :(

First time customer here and definitely won't be the last!! Atmosphere is amazing and relaxing x my eyelashes look so good and I love them I didn't get my lash tech name but she was super nice and gentle! Will be recommending this place to all my friends and family!!

Jane, Lina, Emily and everyone has been so kind to me in the time I’ve been a customer here which is why I keep coming back. The quality of their work is really worth the price and I always fall asleep in the comfy chairs. I’ll always recommend Lash N Things to all my friends!

Love the place. I come here regularly and the girls alway do a great job. My lashes always look good & the comfy lazy boys are the cherry on top. I also love the fact that they offer afterpay which I’ve used a few times here. Would definitely recommend.

Have been here a bunch of times for my eyelashes and have never been disappointed. They always stay on for ages and look so stunning after they’re done. Always good pricing as well
