After five months from the first treatment, I still have an ant problem at my rental house. The exterminator, Roger, did only three treatments, citing that ant numbers will slowly decline each month. He would not tell me the days he treated, there were no follow up calls to me or the tenants and Roger would not return my calls. Expensive , a waste of time, and I still have ants!

Roger sprayed the buxus hedges around my house which he explained were the source of the ant problem. So that was good and the treatment has been effective. However his vehicle dripped large spots of oil on my aggregate driveway. I have left messages on his phone several times since, asking him to deal with this problem to which he has not responded. This is not professional or fulfilling the requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act. Maybe Roger thinks that if he ignores the problem it might go away. Come on Roger do the decent thing and deal with the issue or lose a customer!

Having used pest free solutions for well over ten years in a commercialsetting (supermarket). And in a domestic environment (home).I have always found the company to be outstanding in it's approach to , what can be a difficult area of the food industry.As a company we are audited twice yearly, We have had no issues at all. in fact our auditors have in the past , advised other businesses that they should consider using Pest free sloutions. To often companies make promises about the service they offer, We are a very satisfied customer.Amberley four square.

This review is long overdue, I had Roger come to my house in July to deal with the ants issue that had annoyed us for a few years. It was getting very serious that even during the nights when we slept these ants crawl to our bed, kitchen and all over the place. I never thought these pest control service would do any good but we just had to give anything a shot (after trying all the spray from supermarkets). Roger came 3 times and gave us good tips, now we have been ants free for 4 months and I thought that's pretty amazing from everyday to 4 months free. I do recommend Roger, at least for ants control! And fair price too I reckon.

We've had a local guy come round to get rid of our Ant problem on 4 occasions and we still had them, I rang Roger to see if he would travel to my address as I'm not local, he came out, and did a full inspection before spraying. And now they have gone. I've used Roger on 4 houses that I've lived at over the past 9 years, we've had rats mice but mainly ants, but he's got rid of them all. I should have rang him from the start at my new address, and it would have saved me $700
