Went to get a security box a couple of days ago.From the time I entered I found excellent and personal service.Appreciation to Kiran who took time to explain the process and completed the paperwork with patience and answered all my queries. Though it was busy at the time he managed to serve everyone with great efficiency. I felt welcomed and not just another customer"Will recommend"

I was touched by the kindness of the staff and the excellent service they provided for me. I now feel safe storing my belongings knowing no gangs are going to rob it. I was pleasantly surprised by their level of security defiantly most secure place. I feel much safer here then what I did storing my belongings the city.

People extremely poor management running this locker shop. Seems they have a jewellery shop upstairs and this is their side business. I had a very bad experience with them. At the time of flooding in Auckland our locker was submerged in water for over a week. No notification or information was sent to us by the owner and one day we just came for a random check and saw all our belongings were destroyed. The system process is nothing. They should not be in business at all. I have written and complain to them and seeking justification for why they never informed me that my locker was submerged in water and my belongings no longer in safe position. I could have come earlier to save my stuff.
