Botany Toyota

I haven't been impressed with their customer service for car sales. I have been on site twice to discuss a new car and one time the person was helpful, the other time the person said they would take my details and have someone call me back but never did. Twice I have called and left a message (no answer) and they have not returned my call. So 1/4 times it has been satisfactory over the last 12 month, so disappointing. I still want to progress so will have to work with another branch I suppose.

Absolutely fantastic service by Daniel fu. He has good knowledge of cars and its functions. We have been guided through whole process by him. Easy to understand, and very clear conversation. He located the car I had been looking for and I couldn't be more thankful for his dedication to help me. This has been the best personal customer service I have ever experienced! The vehicle, Corolla chosen by him is even in immaculate condition with low mileage as well as no accidents. The car has everything I looked for when I thought of buying a pre-owned vehicle!
