A nice store with a good variety the only thing is there are no scales to weigh your fresh veges and fruit which I find is inconvenient and the alliminium trays for the hot chickens become very hot whem trying to handle them out of the warmer cabinet

Just a good wee store with the hardworking staff , the store had biggest brocolli and the vegetables were of a nice size , bigger then I have seen in a while ,nicely stacked and stocked shelves , tidy and quite interesting as it's to me a little baby new world, as many new worlds are bigger , every new world has sets a fine example in customer service, I appreciate the staff for giving a great wee shopping experience.

Not a great change, it's well laid out, I always shop here, ex Countdown customer, due to rude staff. Not a big store, but you'll be able to get what you want, in general. Good staff, not crowded at any time, with great produce.

Attention!! If you want to search my handbag (security) I need a valid reason why!! Was it my gumboots? Just walked my dog around a muddy park!! had just purchased 4 items paid with my card,security guard standing behind me..When i questioned him why?? He said dont worry..bloody to right!!

They have a no backpack policy and will ask you to leave it on the floor by the entrance if you go in with one, yet will allow side bags/purses that are the exact same size as a regular backpack. If someone was going to steal something having a backpack or not won’t be what stops them but will be a inconvenience to potential paying costumers.

Expensive and no cash payment option via self service so if you only have 1 or 2 items but want to pay cash it can be a long wait behind people with a trolley full of groceries. Have to use a card to get special prices otherwise you pay full price. Not impressed, won't shop here much only if desperate.

Very handy location, but for some reason, I feel the prices are higher than other supermarkets, including other New Worlds.
