I had a venetian blind which I delivered to them, cleaned .Now I can't get the blind down.I explained that it is not easy for me to take it back to them to fix and they said they couldn't come to me even though they do home visits.It will cost me ,$150 minimum to get Ven-Lu-Ree to repair it at home

My blind wouldn’t open. They gave me the opportunity to bring in rather than pay call out fee but I couldn’t do that. Repairman on time, fixed in 2 mins as was a minor issue. The charge was VERY reasonable. Thank you. Thrilled with service. Stephanie great on phones too.

Absolutely lovely people!! Very quick to answer phone, very knowledgeable. Graham came to fix my blinds and he was so friendly & helpful. I'll definitely be calling these people again, if & when needed!

The attention to detail was simply outstanding.... our sunscreen blinds were numbered for ease of re-installation and after cleaning they were all itemised on the plastic wrapping in their several packages. Squeaky clean and ready in very short time. Highly recommended & would certainly use them again.

I took my blinds to Mr Sparkel to have them repaired and cleaned, after 5 days and endless trips to the store they have returned home repaired but uncleaned. If you want to have your blinds serviced I suggest you take them elsewhere.Firstly, they didn't complete the job as quoted (trying to charge an extra $20 because they were wooden blinds, even though I had specified this over the phone before visiting the store). Secondly, they didn't write down the job as described, resulting in me taking them home - putting them up, and noticing that there was a gap where one slat had been removed. Thirdly, after returning to collect the re-repaired blinds they attempted to charge me an additional fee to have their mistake amended, which I refused to pay.I can only describe their service as appallingA very unhappy customer

Graham collected some fabric roller blinds which were in a terrible condition and had mould stains on them. They were returned 2-days later in near-new condition. It actually looks like they were replaced with brand new ones and not just cleaned!Graham was polite, prompt, friendly and efficient.I highly recomend Mr Sparkel if you need blinds cleaned.

Went in with a small urgent blind repair job. Normally it would have had to wait a few days before they got to it but because it was quick they did it while I waited a few minutes. And then they said no charge as it was so easy! Amazing service and really appreciated. I highly recommend them.
