I had an Eye Test at Specsavers Albany and was served well by the team there. Thanks to Amy for providing expert optometrist advice and guidance. I want to mention as well Rasha who then helped me select new glasses. I appreciated so much that she gave me a one-on-one consult and spent the time with me until we found the best fit. I particularly loved that she picked up on my tastes and style but also helped push me outsidey comfort zone a bit. I never would have felt confident to make the choices I did on my own. So thank you! Highly recommend Specsavers Albany.

My new puppy pinched and played with my glasses, I found the tiny screw was missing from the arm of the frame. I could not see much without them. Cherysh kindly fashioned a screw that was too long, made it work, thereby fixing my glasses. Then kindly said it was complimentary. Oh gosh, I felt fabulous, bonus can see now. Thank you so much Cherysh at Specsavers Albany. I really appreciated your kindness. X

Still waiting for my Audiology appointment 45 minutes later. Just not good enough...Iris the audiologist was very efficient when I did get into see her.She apologized for the delay in seeing me. The reception staff are to blame as they told me where to sit. Unfortunately the man coming after me was over 20 minutes early and as a consequence he was seen first. I had to wait. My appointment was for 20 minutes.Please ensure this does not happen to anyone else again Specsavers Albany.

Specsavers Albany is and always has been excellent. I am convinced I had the best people looking after me today for my eye exam and glasses selection. Joon, it was a delight to go through and pick glasses and lens options with you. Been there for a friend who needed prescription glasses.Extremely happy with the optometrist and the staff who helped to choose the right ones for us.Great service by the staff with lots of patience and personally happy with the wide range of collections available.located opposite to Newworld in Albany mall.. Bought two pairs of glasses for the price of one due to the sale offers.Although they said it would take 3weeks to get the glasses with prescribed lenses,it just arrived in 10days time

Iris is a complete professional, taking great care and making sure that at all times I was informed and comfortable with the hearing aids.
