I have provided a 5 star for this store for the following reasons.I have purchased 2 scooters from this store now. I had one that I got but found that it was not suited for me. They team helped me to get the right one to suit me and now I'm very happy with my scooter and so is my son.When you visit the store you will be served by Dale and what an awesome guy! Very friendly chap and is always happy to help you.In regards to availability of scooters is not great and would recommend some improvements of keeping stock at more acceptable levels. With the website needs lots of work and more mobile friendly is a need.Otherwise I have told all my friends about this store and recommend going to this store for your e-scooter needs and the best prices for E-bikes too!

Purchased a new ebike from BST today - service was 10/10, I was thinking I would have to put the bike together myself, however I arrived, the bike was already assembled, I got a thorough tour of the new features and they had put it on charge too. Great advice over the phone too. Fabulous service - thank you

Luke and Dale and crew are very good at what they do. The new shop on Hazeldean rd is a welcome upgrade from the small space at the old shop in papanui.Keep up the awesome work.

Fantastic after sales support... and the kind of excellent customer service which seems difficult to find these days. Bought my electric scooter (Kaabo Mantis) from out of town & had it freighted to me. Love the scooter and have been using it to commute to work but had an issue with it a few months after purchase. Luke promptly arranged for replacement parts to be sent to me to get me back up and running again. It's clear that these guys genuinely want their customers to be happy. Highly recommend buying from Black Sheep.
