My wife and I, and our two teen boys, were searching for a hard-to-find combination: we wanted to see the sights, but also experience the culture. We wanted the kind of experience we would have if we were visiting our cousins in New Zealand, yet not be too closely nursed. Ceillhe (pronounced “Kay-lay”), her husband Neill, and her sister Kristi did exactly that. Ceillhe managed a dynamic itinerary that adjusted depending on the weather and openings (businesses were still transitioning post-COVID) and gave us the tour of literally a lifetime. It is no wonder their business has received multiple country and international-level awards. Mixed in with traditional tourist-type experiences, like seeing Rotorua, or flying over Taupo in a helicopter, we had a chance to get to know them and Ceillhe/Kristi’s Maori heritage. When a traditional Maori cultural mixer was nixed (COVID again), they even opened their home to us and shared a home-cooked dinner with us. We left the trip with incredible memories and new friends.

Our North Island bespoke tour over six days was a wonderful experience thanks to the planning and care of Time Unlimited. Accommodations and activities along the way were first rate, all dutifully and warmly delivered by a TU driver, and in a comfortable van. One of the best values and experiences we have had in several years of international travel. Highly recommended with confidence! Bravo TU!

I thoroughly enjoyed the trip to and from Matakana Markets with TIME Unlimited Tours. Neill was entertaining, friendly and went out of his way to deliver an excellent service. The vehicle was high quality and extremely comfortable. Even though the trip takes around an hour from Auckland, we seemed to arrive in no time!

We had the pleasure of taking a 3-day tour recently and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Our tour guide, Breviss, was truly exceptional and made the entire trip a delight from the start. He was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and welcoming, providing us with fascinating insights into the history and culture of the places we visited. What really stood out to us was the incredible attention to detail that Néill, Ceillhe, and Breviss displayed; they left no stone unturned, making sure that every aspect of the trip was carefully planned and executed. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure that we had the best possible experience. We can’t wait for our return!!

We had the best day trip from Auckland to Rotorua with our tour guide Harry! He gave us great knowledge on Māori culture and provided excellent recommendations for our day trip. The service was the absolute best! 5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a tour company

Neil was a fantastic tour guide, incredibly knowledgeable and had a fantastic rapport with the group. Could not recommend him enough if you're after a fun day out with the family if you're new to Auckland, or even for a stag do/birthday/hen's night

Our full day Auckland tour was conducted by Sofia who gave us many insights into the Maori culture and points of interest . We traveled all day and many kilometers from the east to the west coast and never left the city of Auckland she pointed out. She was extremely knowledgeable, entertaining and an outstanding driver. Highly recommend this tour company.

We did the Auckland Full Day Tour and had one of the most amazing experiences of our lives!!Its unbelievable how so few kilometers from central Auckland is possible to reach places so amazing, wild and unexplored!On our tour, we saw beautiful beaches, forests; inactive volcanoes, breathtaking nature trails crossed, and still had a very special stop for a picnic in one of the loveliest waterfalls we've seen.Neill and Marius were extremely attentive, professional, and friendly, have shown very knowledgeable of the region (and the Maori culture) and led us to places we would never have discovered on our own!They also showed care and concern, both with us and with the environment, something that really impressed us positively. It was a perfect day! 100% recommend this tour to anyone who comes to Auckland!

I joined a full-day field trip to Auckland Coast area . For example, I visited Piha Beach, Arataki Visitor Center, etc. This was the most exciting and amazing experience in Auckland for me:) I was a Japanese student and my English was not there yet, but thanks to my knowledgeable and cheerful guide, Ceillhe and her jovial and charming assistants, I really enjoyed it.
