Great space. Have been to a few f45 gyms across the country and in Aussie and this is a nice light, bright space. Trainers and locals have all been very welcoming. 3 min walk from the Waikanae Top 10 holiday park too. Winning!

An Amazing place to train... the staff are all friendly and really helpful... you definitely feel apart of when at gizzy f45... I am losing weight and gaining muscle...can't recommend this place enough when it comes to the training..On the downside the Admin is really poor , once leaving f45 gizzy and filling out the membership cancelation form 2 months later i was still being charged fees even after reaching out to them directly to stop payments.. had to cancel and re order a new debit card on my end to stop being charged?
