Very friendly, customer focused store offering excellent service, advice and product range. Chainsaw was available after servicing first thing next morning. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Bad experience - seems like a lack of interest to help, or poor product knowledge (or a combination of both). 1 visit to the shop (no joy). 1 phone call where I was promised I would get a call back but never happened. So I phoned the shop and had a very disinterested chap unable to help. - Outcome - I looked up online and found what I needed in about 1 minute. Wanted to support local but not this time. Big thumbs down.
