They do mistakes and taste recently not being consistent.Feb-2021Went there after 2years and found it has gone worse, so updating my review!Cup was presented not little but so messy from outside, I had to use 2-3 tissue paper to wipe clean it. And staff didn't even think they did mistake! I didn't complain about this, but are you serious! You are presenting food like this!!Damn I forgot to take photo!

Store is often closed. Open hours are consistently inconsistent. Was able to place and pay for an online order when the store was closed. They have not reached out to refund the order.

I dont like the new machines as they are not userfrienldy and it takes ages to order in a long line. They regularly dont have several ingredients and the machine does nto comunicate this. How you get a salad and not a wrap is anyones guess...

Just purchased a smoothie from here, I waited over 20 mins for one smoothie, the guy who served me was in training which I understand. However, there was no customer service and barely an apology from the more experienced staff, they could see me waiting and didnt check to see how the front was doing.I felt sorry for the trainee as he obviously didn't know what to do, If the staff cared more about the customers I think that would be a step in the right direction.

Used to love coming here but now, 2 times in a row I have ordered off the app - paid for it - transaction on my statement but the store hasn't received the order. So then I have to prove I'm legit and when I chase it up with Tank NZ as to why it's happening - it's like drawing blood out of a stone and I've decided it's just not worth it anymore. I'll never order off the app again.

Man, oh man. $6.50 for a tiny, tiny mocha blitz and, it was not even blitzed. Chunks of unblended banana and sadness made this experience abysmal. I tried to re-blend it at work with more rice milk and muesli to amp it up, and it fell out the bottom of the blender. An absolute tank of a morning. Will not being jumping on the Tank train anytime soon.

A good store. Service is pretty quick even in the really busy times such as lunchtime. The drinks themselves are off the usual standard expected with at Tank. If you want a recommendation the one called Start Me Up is very good.

Depressing place with self service ordering machines and miserable staff. Our $10 smoothie cup was drenched with liquid oozing down the sides. Served without a smile.

The young lady who served me was quite pleasant. However, I was a bit disappointed with my Up Beet Tank juice which I had for lunch. I found it too sweet and the only other thing I could taste was ginger. I won't be buying it again in a hurry.
