My name is Wendy not Brent. Anyway I love Groovy Glasses. I have brought my third pair of glasses, the first about 10 years ago. Karen and Lizzie are experts at their job. They find glasses that suit you. The glasses are different to the run of the mill, very stylish. It has been amazing for my confidence wearing such beautiful eyeglasses. The 2 new staff are very experienced also. Thank you ladies.

I love my 'groovy' new prescription sunglasses - all ready for my holiday now! This is my sixth pair of glasses from Groovy Glasses and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Not only do they stock the best range of very cool frames but the lovely staff are soooo helpful and wonderful to deal with. Can't recommend more highly! Jo

Great place for classy glasses and an excellent all round experience for eye care.Just adding to my brief review above... I love going to Groovy Glasses. I feel looked after in the best possible way from start to finish. The opticians are extremely thorough and I know my eye care is in good hands. Selecting frames - which can be a fraught and confusing business - is a lot of fun with great, friendly and honest help. And I love the shop itself with its groovy decor. Just the best!!

I never leave reviews because I find them irritating but I am breaking the habit of a lifetime with Groovy Glasses. This was the best experience I have ever had with a health professional. Every part of it was amazing from the receptionist to the optometrist to the woman helping me choose and subsequently fit my glasses.I would heartily recommend Groovy Glasses and am very happy with my glasses, even though I’m still on my learner’s licence!

Great service from Groovy Glasses from the optometrist, Anna-Marie to the staff Liz, who helped me select my new frames and Karen. Could not fault them, very helpful and nothing was an issue. Great customer service which is very difficult these days. Enjoyed my experience and love my new glasses. Would highly recommend them. JennyvdB

Slick service, great range of glasses and absolutely first class lenses. I had used a franchise store in a mall (green) recently and no matter what they did they could not nail the progressive lens… This team are always exact on the script, lens and funk. I can not recommend them high enough!

If you want professional unrushed service then Groovy glasses is the place to go. The staff go out of the way to ensure your needs are met, for example my husband took his glasses back three times for small alterations. For my part I like the fact that you can spend a lot of time choosing frames with an assistant present the whole time giving you honest feedback and advice. The shop is easy to get to with parking close by. Highly recommend making the change to Groovy Glasses

I had the best experience at Groovy Glasses taking in 2 misshapen glasses and 1 with a broken lens. Liz fixed the 2 frames in no time. She was warm, helpful, and knowledgeable in her craft—I asked about blue light blocking glasses and she gave me a well informed answer. Liz is a true master!Thanks again :)
