Went in to lock at buying a massage gun. The salesperson wasn't interested in serving me. I asked him if I could try them out. One was flat and one was going.. when I was about to ask the the price, he just walked of to tales to his mate..I did go back in 2-3 days l8 and the guy with the man bun was fantastic.

Very friendly customer service. Highly recommend, it wil brighten ypur mood. Very helpful. Not much doversity in store but there are a plethora of things on their website. You can order from there and pick up for free in store.

Thank you guys, spent my money online today over $1500, Your service is disgusting. Was in the store for total 25 mins, couple of other people were in the store as well. Staff - a bigger guy sitting on a stool playing on the phone. A younger guy with longer hair quickly smirked as he saw customers walk in and headed out the back. An older guy came along and stood a couple of metres away from us. Even though he was in uniform had to ask if he was staff which he answered yes, tried to help but he knew nothing about the products at all. This is NOT customer service, what benefit was there to wasting my time and money coming to the store??? Interestingly enough, another man came up to us with a young boy and asked if we had any service which at that time, 20 minutes in the store, was a NO. He was quite shocked by it. Will never waste my time coming to Noel Leeming again. have to give a star rating to do a review but should be zero. (There was one other guy in the kitchen area working with customers). Never again. Wish i had taken photos lazy toads

Most unusual for Noel Leeming, I was looking at mobile phones and needed some advice thinking any minute a staff member will approach me and ask if they can help which they surely could off ,!! But no help offered, I could of asked for help but chose not to.

Bought a dryer of the weekend the sales men said to us it will be ready for pick up got there he said he's so sorry but they can only give us the Demo display dryer otherwise we need to wait 10 days for the dryer to pick it up the made a mistake. I asked for refund and went to another shop got the dryer same day.

Horrible customer service. I went in knowing what I wanted to buy and asked for it straight away at the counter. They then called over a sales person who told me the product sucked and I shouldn’t buy one (I don’t know why they sell it if that’s the case) and should instead buy one twice the price. Was incredibly rude the whole time and clearly didn’t know what he was talking about because he couldn’t answer Simple questions. I left without buying anything

Went in to get daughter I pad screen fixed was told it would be at least 2 weeks minimum so left it till the school holidays then went back in and was told that they would delete everything off it not sure why you would need to do that as all her school work is on it. went to a couple of other places that can fix these screens they dont need to delete anything or even get into the I pad seems every time we go in there, there seems to be something else. if I knew there was that much bullocks to go through I wouldn't have got there insurance and would have told them to jam it . after being past from staff member to staff member all with different stories left feeling very frustrated.

Very helpful but there distributions warehouse let them down sending customer products and not tell the truth.

I would give zero if i could. The customer care was appalling, made to feel like a criminal when item was under warranty yet faulty. Microsoft clearly stated that I was to receive a replacement. Many store visits, many telephone calls and put on hold on the phone for over an hour instore, discussing. Took a week to sort and they made out that they were doing me a favor by eventually doing the replacement. Won't shop here ever again.

Ordered online with the click and collect service as I am self isolating with Covid-19. In the confirmation email it says you can send someone else to pick it up if they have proof of purchase so I sent my partner. Even after showing the original email and proof, Staff would not give him my order.
