Went in on Saturday the 25th of Feb, customer service was amazing, I called before hand and Chanel or Chantelle (sorry if I misspelled her name) I think her name was, kept my sunglasses for me, I’m really glad I went back to sunglass style after years of buying from elsewhere, as the customer service was way better than other places. Thanks again and also your prices are honestly better than others.

Worst customer service by the guy on the counter called sumit as he said. very rude. He was very disrespectful towards to us , other customers and even to the staff member aswell. I had really bad exp. Visiting the shop yesterday.i suggested that shop to lot of friends but no…i heard him saying to one customer that if u want cheap stuff go somewhere else and dont come here.Dude if u will read the review , improve urself and try to work on ur customer service skills , which u need alot. i wanted to say u the time i left the store but there was other customer and i did nt wanted to say infront of everyone. because we know respect. But the other guy was good. He helped us. He is always helpful .

Horrific customer service. Lenses of SUNGLASSES peeling after less than 6 months. Lady insists it's my fault, that I must have had them in the sun and they got too hot?! Avoid. Contacted their customer service weeks ago and still haven't heard anything back. Take your money and shop elsewhere.
