Great service. when we arrived the car wasn't as we expected so they upgraded us at no extra charge.Russell was great.

Very happy with snap rentals at Christchurch. The staff were very friendly, and helpful, making sure we understood our obligations etc with insurance. The car was also great and we had a newer car with the GPS built in. Really helpful since we had minimal data to use on our phones for Googlemaps. They were also the best price. Thanks SNAP I'll be using you guys again.

Great rental company! We hired a car with this company for a month and experienced no issues. Everything was efficiently ran, and they picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Couldn't fault them! We received our deposit back on the same day we returned the car also ☺️

1 week after the car was returned, Snap charged my credit card an extra days fees without invoicing or contacting me. After ringing the support team, they claimed this was due to a late return. While their customer service team was very helpful, it took a week and 3 emails to be able to discuss with the branch manager, who could refund the fee. They agreed that the car was returned on time and that the fee needed to be refunded. It took a further 2 weeks for the refund to be actioned. Once approved, the refund was actioned quickly in 2 days.While the car was sound and at a reasonable price, I can not recommend Snap and will be avoiding them in future. I only leave this review, as their high rating is one reason why I took a chance on them over their established competitors.

Took a while to pick up my car due to the queue. I had managed to find a discount code online which was a bonus and they upgraded me from a Wagon to a SUV (I think it was because they needed the car relocating.) The car was 6 years old with a few dents but I really enjoyed driving the car. All the functions worked and it didn’t let us down. I did a lap of the north island and the South Island- 4000km in 4 weeks. The car was clean inside and out. Returning the car was very quick and airport transfers at Auckland and Christchurch were quick and easy. I will use Snap again when I return to New Zealand.

Pre-booking and actual pick-up of vehicle is seamless and quick. Drop-off was quick too.Aiport transfer pick-up and drop-off within 15 minutes of calling Snap office.Vehicle was not clean, inside and outside, during collection. Under the bonnet and in the car boot was worse. Tyres not in the best condition.Lack of an actual Christchurch office contact phone number and email address is inconvenient. Everything has to go through a national contact centre.

This is the second time we've used Snap & we have been very satisfied with the service & the vehicle. Always get a good deal & both of the hybrid cars we used have been great. Fast shuttle service from airport & return

Ran into a slow pickup snag upon arrival and had no way to contact the business upon my arrival. However once I was finally able to connect the staff was very nice and helpful! Bella was a great driver getting us to and from airport area to their main rental storefront. Recommend despite difficulty on front end.

Friendly helpful staff, we were picked up and dropped off at the airport after our trip, quickly and efficiently. I’m unable to leave a higher rating because of the car itself. It was fine mechanically however it was way past its use by date over 160,000km holes in the upholstery, floor mats warn through and wind coming through the door jam with all windows up. Informing people about the condition of the car prior to booking would help a lot with whether to rent or not

I rent a car here, at 14 May 2023 my car was hit by another car (100% other's car fault), already gave the details of the car and the man responsible for that, the guy in the reception said it will take a few days (15 May 2023)..... Until now haven't got any email/update but they charged my credit card for that. Very2 slow customer service.
