Great fun for little kids

Great place. A bit small but nice enough for an hour or so.

Great fun for the kids and even to bring back good childhood memories on the trampoline. Great value for money

For what is available on the coast. Jump is the place to go for local adventure and to wear the kids out on a rainy day.

Bouncy castles and bounce ball make for a good place for kids to burn off energy on a wet day. Not as exciting as Laughalot in Petone but lovely staff.

This is a 2.5 star review for a birthday party.Pros:- Good value- Self catering with full kitchen- Plenty to entertain kids for two hours- Separate room overlooking jump area makes it easy to keep an eye on kidsCons:- The birthday room is split into two with only a moving partition and the kitchen must be shared so two parties can be going at once. This is chaotic and interfering.- There is only 30 minutes to set up IF the previous party has wrapped up fully at the end of the time slot.- If you have a party booked directly after yours you have to shut your party down at least 15 minutes or more before hand to clean up.- Management is nonexistent so all the 'rules' you need to understand are the fine print on the contract you agree to when booking. You're left to negotiate with other partygoers all on your own. So if reasonable respectful people are sharing the area then you will get along fine, however if you get anti-social, conflict driven, self important prima donna's you might fine the experience stressful and ugly.Using Jump as a birthday venue is a role of the dice.
