Awesome service. Been dealing with a sore lower back for a little while and decided to get a massage. Dani was amazing throughout, always checking how I was. And I feel so much better

Booked in last minute for a dry massage. Super friendly staff and they gave the option of sitting in a chair or in a private room, which was nice.

Wonderful massages at a great price, open later than most places in New Plymouth. A wonderful way to unwind after a long day of walking or activities. (Tbh, we paid ~ 600$ for a full spa package in Rotorua, and this massage was better for 30 min and 50$)

Went in for a massage today, very poor service, nobody could speak English but the manager, when I asked questions the manager said “he don’t speak english enjoy your massage”. He gave me a massage on a chair in the front foyer in front of everyone waiting was very embarrassing. I explained to the guy I was very over heated and he told his manager who then ignored him. Also tried to charge me more than what they originally said. Also wasn’t listening to the areas of concern of discomfort, when time was up he just said “okay bye” left me sitting still with the hair clip in my hair.

Partner and I went in for a reflexology massage and it was amazing! Staff are so kind and polite, the massage was top quality and the facility is clean, tidy and private. We will definitely be making this our local go-to massage

Lillian did really amazing massage and cupping for me. I have running nose for years and she helped me improved a lot. My running nose is much better now. Sadly I moved back to CHC and haven’t found someone who can do good job as her.
