The Quiet Revolution Cycle Shop
I was very disappointed at the response to an issue I had with the battery on my e-bike not making a good connection. I told the gentleman on the phone that I was certain it was simply a connection issue as when I pushed the battery it connects. I was simply told that I should clean the terminals and there was nothing that he could do for me. My only option now is to drive to Motueka to get repaired. At the very least I would have expected this business to assess my bike visually and then refer me to another business if he was unable to repair.

I was recently in Takaka with my Kona eMTB on a month long trip riding trails in the top of the South Island. I was not completely satisfied with my own work replacing the front brake pads and called into The Quiet Revolution. I was amazed! They were knowledgeable, helpful and interested.20 minutes later not only was the job completed, but I was given helpful advise on brake alignment and they also picked up a potential issue with my rear brakes too. All done for much less than I’ve been paying in the city. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my bike there again
