I have been working with Responsive for over 8 years now, from the hosting of my emails to the building of my Restaurant website and e-commerse store. A recent addition to my online service is the integration of a real time live reservations tool which has saved my team up to an hour per day in replying to emails, this has created much greater efficiency giving my team more time to work on developing the business. At the beginning of the COVID pandemic we realized that to stay a viable business we needed to update our website. After researching the local web site people we chose Cy from Responsive to update everything and we couldn't have made a better choice. He has been so easy to contact and nothing has been a problem for him. This will go to his head but he is also one of the nicest people we have had the pleasure of doing business with but will call a spade a spade when he needs to. Top bloke, top company.

Cy is amazing! He has done such an outstanding job in getting our website and e-commerce store up and running. He is a wealth of knowledge especially around WooCommerce and all the plug ins you can install to carry out a number of tasks to make life easier. The company is named appropriately as Cy always responds very quickly and he's always on top of things. We definitely threw a few challenges at him but he just magically gets things sorted (I'm sure with a lot of hard work in the background) and nothing is ever an issue. So happy we chose Responsive Web for this journey!
