I ordered one meal set and I was a little worried if the amount of the meal is not enough. On the other hand, the meal was very enough for me and it tastes good. I didn’t try to eat fish and chips at here, but I would like to try at the next time :)

Food overcooked, fish had gone dry, batter tough. Chips overcooked.Oil or dripping was old and should have been renewed.I have been in the fast food and restaurant industry and cannot recommend this place. This is my second poor experience here, the first experience 2 years ago was similar.

The smallest portion of chips and the smallest breaded fish I've ever seen. This is 3 portions of chips. And look how tiny the fish is! More like a fish finger! And look the spring roll.

Horrible experience here, lady was rude didn’t even greet us. Chips were very brown and over cooked, hotdog batter was still powdery with the flour was not even cooked properly atrocious!! When I went back to tell her she blamed the burnt chips on the weather. Said potatoes aren’t good in winter. Won’t be going back again.

Unfortunately, by the time I got home (10mins) our fish n chips weren't hot, and the fish was overcooked

This is my favorite fish and chip shop, especially the fish burger is a bargain.Sometimes they can be a bit prickly but i appreciate how consistent and yum their food is.

Hands down the best fish and chips ever. Fantastic meat patties and delicious fish. The batter is amazing. Well worth the drive over from CHCH city. Next time we are going to have the steak, eggs, chips and salad. Thank you for a fabulous feed.

I don't think these guys should be under 4 stars, our 2 scoops & 2 fish tonight were as good as anywhere. And we grab fish and chips from all over the place.
