I used the brand new storage for 2 months and it was very clean and easy to use. Its location made it even more convenient. The street isn't that busy despite being near Albany mall. Everything you would possibly need or want in a storage is available. I was able to avail of their opening promo which was a great bonus. Thank you Jennifer and team for your awesome service!

We won't use this service again. We cancelled this service as it was no longer required and we were told we had to have everything moved out by a certain date so we wouldn't be charged an extra month. We arranged a moving company and had the unit cleaned out by the required date and completed the process required. They still processed the monthly payment, which I assumed was an error. They are telling me they will not refund this. They removed our access to the unit the same day we moved out, so safe to say they were aware of the cancellation, yet still charged us and no one will contact me or phone me to sort this situation out. They just sent an automated email saying refund is declined.
