Fitter arrived 3 1/2 hours late! No apology, no explanation. Emailed them to complain after and no response whatsoever. Manager of store useless, didn't even seem bothered. They are good until they've got your money, then they refuse to engage. Avoid at all costs.

Ferrymead Flooring Xtra were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish quoting, supplying and laying our Pergo Laminate flooring. They gave us a fantastic price and got the job quoted and fully completed within a couple of weeks. We had a very tricky round pole to lay the flooring around which Grant and Sean were able to tackle expertly and complete with precision. It looks perfect. They were a pleasure to have in our house, cleaned up after themselves both days and were respectful and polite and punctual. A great company all round to deal with.Thanks Ferrymead Flooring Xtra - I would certainly recommend you to anyone wanting flooring.

The service from this business is abysmal. They have been incompetent and dishonest and have treated us with contempt and a total lack of respect. Having emailed the owner a list of genuine complaints, he dismissed them and has subsequently ignored us and our request to meet with him to discuss these issues. They have no integrity as the 5 star review posted by themselves (Dave Rooyakers) illustrates.

Absolutely the WORST business I have ever dealt with. Ordered flooring over 5 weeks ago and I STILL have not received my products. Continuous lies about the product being shipped to their store but its still in another part of the country. They didn't care about my emails, calls and in-person visits to get an update on where my product was. They had no issue with losing a customer and provided no help at all when needed!I DO NOT recommend this company branch.

Amazing super friendly staff who bent over backwards. Are going to be purchasing through them.. As the only hard part was deciding what vinyl we wanted... Quick easy...even let us take samples home to try out in our house....just amazing. Can't wait until we have our new vinyl... And we will be back
