Offers Zip as a flexible payment option which I find is a plus.Friendly Jeet helped me and communicated with me throughout the whole process. From Start to Finish, the customer service was fantastic and the overall service of my car was great!From the jump they were able to tell me everything I needed to know, while recommending anything I was unsure with AND helping me choose what I needed to do from prior history of service and what I'm currently looking for.Throughout the whole process I was also updated too, calling in when it was done, sending in a informative video explaining what they've done and calling in before doing anything drastic to make sure I was cool with it.Overall a nice and clean experience.

They sell you a 5 wheel alignment voucher then tell you its expired after only using 3 in 2 years. No one needs 5 alignments in a 2 year period. The companys own recommendation is every 6 months.Have been a loyal customer until this point. Won't be returning. Will take my business else where from now.

Shocking service - so incredibly rude and refused to sell me what I requested and demanded I purchase more tyres.Absolutely terrible service. Went around the corner and paid less for much better service. Won’t be going back here again

Such a great service at Tony's Tyre Service in New Lynn. I bought four tyers from them a month or so ago, then today I ran over a large bolt in the road which got lodged in my tyre. The team fixed it for me in record time for FREE! Very helpful and much appreciated.

I came here to get a puncture repair, but left with a damaged wheel. I’m not sure exactly what happened but the wheel came off their machine and was thrown across the workshop floor. The guy assured me that no damage was done.When I got my car back I instantly noticed that there was major damage. The entire outside of the rim was scratched and the barrel was cracked.The guy tried to tell me that because the car was new, it was easy to scratch (as if I hadn’t seen it get thrown across the workshop).It got passed onto head office and they were really nice and understanding and agreed to replace the wheel.Unfortunately, when I went back the following weekend to have the replacement wheel fitted they were not happy to see me and did not take it serious. They treated me as if I was being overly pedantic and unreasonable.This left me disappointed in the end as head office had given me back some confidence that this wasn’t acceptable, yet the attitude I received said otherwise.

Customer service is even keel, professional and warm. My car feels amazing and feel their advice is sound. Price point is no higher than anywhere else and they have a comfortable, clean area to wait in.
