Bill from Auckland Painters booked in with our clinical practice to quote us for the job. After confirming this date with Bill, our time was completely disregarded and when we called to see whether it may have just been a mix up in booking time, he abruptly told us that he just wont have any time and hung up. There was no courtesy call to inform us that this was the case.
