This wifi is one the worst wifi's my family and I have ever tried. It's annoying when we can't go into certain websites even when the wifi is fully connected to our devices. It is slow and very difficult for us to use it.

My mother was with these guys for 8 years and was pretty good for 7 years. The last year was shocking. My mother was paying weekly payments and during the last year they were billing her for a whole month while she was paying weekly. She has just been billed again last night after we have canceled it 1 month agao. This happened to my mother and she's 82 years old. Every time I called I was on hold for over 6 hours one time and realized they were no longer taking calls for local WiFi homes but they were still taking calls that were business related only and would transfer me back to the forever waiting in cue for home related WiFi. Worst case ever. Less then 1 star.

The quality is really bad, the wi fi is slow and sites will have connection problems when your device appears fully connected to the internet.
