Katerina Vankova helped us immensely! Not only was she very knowledgeable about the stock in store but she was very personable and helpful, guiding my mother to the perfect frames and lenses for her. It was quick and easy and Katerina made a stressful process after mum lost her prescription glasses into a really nice time - I would hire Katerina if I were in a position to. A+++ service and I’ll be changing my own opticians to Ocula after this! Mum is stoked.

I underwent a diagnostic examination and purchased Zeiss optical glasses from Ocula in Wanaka approximately two years ago. From the very beginning, I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of service and professionalism displayed by the company. Recently, I accidentally damaged the lenses, and Ocula promptly and efficiently organized the repair for me, despite the fact that I am located in a different city. Having had years of experience ordering optical products in various countries, I consider Ocula to be one of the best companies in New Zealand. Next time, I plan to place another order exclusively with Ocula, regardless of the fact that I live in a different city. I am grateful to the team for their excellent work!

Having arrived in NZ and discovering I had forgotten to pack my contacts, I tried every optometrist in Christchurch and was told no one stocks lenses. Then I saw Ocula in beautiful Wanaka and thought I would try one last optometrist. To my surprise Kirsty and the gorgeous woman in the store went above and beyond to help me. The customer service was outstanding.
