I recently visited the Sellwood showroom to consider attic ladders for our new build. The owner Russell demonstrated the ladders to me in a detailed manner to ensure I understood the design features that have been built into their products. He took the time to explain the advantages of the Deluxe model with regards to the additional opening space it allows providing me with the ability move my storage items up and down this ladder more easily. We ended up taking one deluxe model and one of the regular ladders. Both ladders are now installed, they are sturdy and well made. The Deluxe model is exceptional, and the gentler angle is great and it was clear that the designers have really thought about the users experience and safety. I highly recommend Sellwood attic ladders.

Sellwood have been amazing to deal with, Firstly a friend and I mistakenly paid for 2 ladders, on which they refunded us with no issues, and then when the ladder couldn't unfold correctly with the shape of our ceiling, they gave us extra hinges at no extra cost, aswell as a plan for how to correctly cut and adjust the ladder. Very helpful and friendly all round - definitely recommend to buy direct than from the big outlets!!

We recently had a new Sellwood D28 Attic Ladder installed, we are more than happy with the product & our new found storage area in our Attic, would highly recommend Russel & the team to anyone looking to optimise their storage space!

Stay away. Very unprofessional. Very aggressive and violet. Recently had an encounter with one of their tradesmen in Hobsonville, he has abusive and threatening. I would not recommendI am certain, thank you. His vehicle registration was SKY2UB.

Exceptional product exceptional service exceptional sorting out problems.We have had our sellwood attic stairs operating for about 7 years, developed a small problem, one phone call a couple of clarifications, parts arrived, job done. couldn't dream of better service than that.Makes me only want to deal with smaller companies in the future.the pull down steps are close to pinnacle of simplicity and function. Right balance.

Delighted with my new attic space and ladders and wish I had of put them in years ago! The service was great, I had my attic space floored and the attic stairs put in and I feel like I have added a storage floor to my house, complete with a full train set! I am very happy with this and would highly recommend Sellwood.

Fantastic product and great customer service team. Visited their office/ workshop for advice on adjusting their system to suit a narrow hallway, they had everything I needed including a plan on how to adjust correctly. Highly recommend. Absolute champions

We have just purchased two attic stairs from Sellwood, it is such a great way to easily access our attic ceiling space now. Very pleased with their help and advice over the phone in choosing the right attic stairs for our home.

I love my ladder!! I wouldn’t be without it - the extra storage space it provides is a life saver and keeps my home clutter free. Great customer service as well. Highly recommend this company!
