I had a new digital lock installed on my front door and I couldn’t be happier. The communication was prompt and professional, the technician was fast and very skilled as there was some problem solving involved and the finish result was excellent. I got Locksmart out to make a spare electronic Mazda6 car key. They were great to deal with. Very reasonably priced and able to come the next day. The technician Luke was professional and friendly and very efficient with his work. We will definitely use them again in future and would 100% recommend their services.

I contacted LockSmart a couple of days ago to get door viewers installed into a fire rated door. Van did research into the appropriate hardware and method and came back to me quickly. They ordered the product and installed today. Luke, the installer was amazingly thorough and quick and very friendly and helpful. He knows his stuff. Both Van and Luke were fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend LockSmart without hesitation. I can’t quite believe how helpful and efficient they have been.
