Great selection of fasteners and very helpful. The lady upstairs seems to spend most of her time watching the cameras and will ask you to empty your pockets if she thinks you are stealing, when I’m really just getting my notebook. I do understand theft is an issue but it’s a little uncomfortable as a fairly frequent customer.

This guy is incredible, literally 11 seconds to find a bolt to secure a motorcycle mirror to a 1962 morris minor . Told him what i wanted to do and Boom!.

Yes great service from the manager even for the smallest purchase , closes at 4.30PM not 5.00 PM and is not open on Saturdays though unlike what it says on this page

Geoff was great to deal with. I showed him what I was after and he immediately knew the size and thread pattern (uncommon one). Found what I was after and they were actually better than the sample I had.Definitely will be buying through him again.

Guy is a complete idiot gave him a bolt asked for some the same didnt check till I got home not even close in size mm + difference,not even close too the naked eye,thought he must no his job ,then tried too make excuses and tried too say I had different,size bolt,then took forever too give refund,waste of time had too go twice and still havent got bolts complete Muppet ,this was first time ive been there and only time

The larger woman was very disrespectful & rude on my last visit (regular customer) Will now be going to EDL & Fortress who are much friendlier and half the price.
