very disappointed trial experience here. Don't feel welcomed. my daughter is 3yr old, trial for the baby ballet. We have booked for our trial. The teacher for baby ballet has no interaction with my girl. My poor girl wanna join them, stand alone outside the group circle, but the teacher didn't leave a place for her to join the group. I can feel my girl's embarassment. My girl tried, but the teacher just ignore her. Very disappointed too see new students and families are not be welcomed here.The place also looks very messy and dirty. Not worth for new families to try here, Not recommend. Very disappointed for the baby ballet teacher ! What a waste of time!

Our daughter has been dancing for most of her life but we didn't feel at home in our last studio - despite lovely teachers and having been there for several years. So I did some research and found RSD (during the height of the pandemic). Marguerite is always lovely, easy to talk to, passionate and hardworking. Communications to parents are brief, relevant and organised, the online system for booking classes is fantastic for introverts like me but I also feel comfortable asking questions from any staff member. It is clear that the teachers and students love classes, and the students learn a variety of skills/movement types but also have fun, our daughter is thriving and motivated to do well. There is a lot of snobbery in Auckland within Dance, but not here, people are welcome and the studio is a safe space. I highly recommend this studio for anyone not sure about where they are, you won't regret it!

My daughter loves coming here. It took her a couple of trials to find the class which suited her and I was so grateful for the kindness shown by Marguerite and the team. The teachers and staff are incredibly respectful, talented and such skilful teachers, my daughter is thriving!

Excellent dance school for encouraging kids to love and enjoy dancing, making it fun in a no pressure environment. Our granddaughter always so keen to go. Fun that they had a grandparents day too! Great that they provide props and costumes where needed so parents arent buying one-off costumes.

We have had such a fantastic experience with RSD. They interact with our daughter beautifully and have made her so welcome. We have watched her confidence and enjoyment with dance grow week by week.

We have been coming for a few months now, but the teachers and everyone are so friendly and welcoming. My daughter loves coming here! Such a positive/fun environment to be in! Would highly recommend!

My daughter loves her time spending during her ballet class , teachers are very friendly with her also it a good place to start learning if you want your girls or kids to become dancers in the future .

My preschool daughter has been dancing at RSD for over a year now and loves it. The teachers are friendly, supportive and encouraging. The owner, Miss Margs listens to your child's needs and can help find the right class and offer trial clssses to get your child hooked into dance. I highly recommend this dance school.
