CheckHome - Building Inspections
I booked a pre-purchase inspection with check homes and with less then 24 hours they responded. The inspection was carried out by Sam in the Manawatu/ Palmerston North area. This is the second time we used Sam as our inspector, as I felt he was very thorough and professional with his work. Sam was an excellent communicator during and after the inspections, and spoke over areas that showed concerns and those that were cosmetic issues. I highly recommend and would use again! - Very happy customers!!!

Very easy and quick to get an appointment. The inspection was carried out within 48 hours of the request and the report was received later the same day. I also received a phone call from the inspector to discuss his findings and recommendations. The report was clear and detailed with plenty of pictures and very reassuring. The price was also lower than anticipated - definitely value for money.
