Unfortunately I arrived just after a person with a large FX order so had a 30 min wait. Perhaps being able to book a time would be helpfull. Once served Jai was thorough and friendly, processing my smaller order quickly.

We have dealt with Travelex and picked up from Milford twice in the last three months. We were served by Jai. The whole process is very easy from online order to pick up. Jai shows outstanding customer service (polite & friendly) and professionalism. We will definately deal with him again in the near future.Just a feedback for Travelex, it will be better if there is option of preference denomination when order online (online order) rather large denomination however Jai offers different denomination whatever he has at the time which is great.

Had a feeling we were going to get tucked !! And sure as day we got tucked. At least the guy giving us the tucking was nice about it. Market rate at the time was $1NZD to VND 14,750 and we got 12,304 VND. Happy life :)
