Never getting my drive through order right - always missing something. Staff have an uncaring aloof attitude when I have brought this to their attention. They never pick up their phone. Absolutely had enough of this poor service Id rather make the drive to lower hutt.

One of the best fast food chains in Wellington. As usual, the food was crispy and tasty. For a heavy launch, the best spot. The place was clean and it was a nice atmosphere. And there was one free Sunglass for our KFC Bucket.

Very disappointing. I cane through drive-thru to order some finger licking good chicken. The lady on the mic said they only have original chicken left. I was ok with it. I order one of the coupons, then her attitude just kicked up. Not willing to help a customer. I admit it was 9.58pm. They say suggested to have 3 of another coupon, which I was fine with. Only to get to window for them to tell me they don't have chicken. LOL. What a waste of time. Bad customer service. Not coming back again. He was talking to me like I was in the wrong coz I came in at 9.58.

Been here so many times and it’s the same old story, “no chicken , sold out “ I just went inside to order the zinger meal because apparently they couldn’t do it through drive through, and I received the most terrible service in my life . The dude named Thomas I believe had a snotty facial expression talked to me with complete disrespect , bad tone of voice and seemed over it . Told me it will be 20min wait time and tried to drive me away from even ordering probably because he doesn’t want to make it. Whoever owns this hole isn’t gonna have a business for very long I am never coming back .

This must be the worst KFC in the country. Nearly everytime I order from this store the order is wrong. It's not that complicated to check the order, after all, its on the screen and on the receipt. I stopped going over a year ago and thought I would give them a second chance. Clearly nothing has changed over that time. Won't be going back! I would love to have given negativefive star review.

Customer Service was perfect tonight. The gentleman on drive-thru on 20.05.23 at 8:40pm provided the best customer service we have had from UH KFC for a very long time

To put it simply, Don't waste your time.Go somewhere else.Have given this place enough chances and have been disappointed with service and quality every time. Let alone if they even have what you have ordered there.Just. Go somewhere else.There are plenty of fine good establishments in Upper Hutt if you look.

Almost everytime we go through the drive through and get home stuff is missing or our complete order is not there. And they dont answer there phone, spend 45mins of constantly ringing and nothing. We then have to drive all the way back for them to question you about it and you tell them look at the cameras and then all of a sudden they give you your rest of your order. Its not like they are super busy there was 2 cars in the drive through.Will not be going back at all its happened too many times now.

Ordered from the Upper Hutt store by mistake, wasn't happy i couldn't cancel the order and had to find my way there by bus from Lower Hutt or lose my money and dinner - but the store was easy to find, and i had fast, efficient service for an easy in and out to get the bus right back to LH :)
