Really happy with the service provided by AA Heat Pumps. Alex is very experienced and installation time was quick and hassle free.

Disappointed at lack of after sales service. Two Toshiba heat pumps were supplied as replacements for older units. Shortly after installation one of the wall units started dripping water. I asked for service under warranty but Alex was unwilling to attend. Upon self- removal removal of the wall unit and inspection it was found that a flexible waste pipe was kinked flat. This was because of poor installation. Problem was resolved by cutting out the Gib so the flexible pipe was not kinked. Something that should have been done during installation. I sent photographs and suggested that an apology was appropriate but my commutations were ignored.

Really professional service and value for money. Very happy with my heat pump installation. Excellent communication and would recommend to others.

Rather rude and arrogant service. THe servicer was not open to hearing about issues we've had with our heat pump. Treated me as though I was an idiot and didn't know a thing about my own heating. Didn't offer to take his boots off when entering the house and kept leaving the door open when entering and exiting. It was a wet day so I was left with wet slippery wooden floors. On the plus side, the service seems to have been done to an adequate standard. He couldn't offer any further information as to why our heat pump was malfunctioning though.

Alex came out to quote on a new heat pump.When another company told us that it could not be repaired instead of the quote he said he could repair it for $400 saved us over $2000 a fantasticHonest company highly recommendThankyou Alex

Great job, came to check our hear pump as it was not working. Put us on to a grant we were able to get a brand new heat pump and our insulation topped up. Great work. Highly recommend

Great service from Alex. He installed a replacement ducted heat pump for us, having inspected our very old one which was unfixable and he explained everything involved and the charges really well. The job included removal and disposal of the old unit and needing access to roof so required temporary removal and replacement of a section of roof tiles. Excellent work and very reasonable charges. He was also friendly and respectful of working in the house when we had a young baby. He's also just given us advice on our other heat pump over the phone for free to help troubleshoot an issue and save us a call out charge. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
