My therapist Victoria was very thorough during the microdermabrasion treatment. She explained every step of the process and gave useful tips on aftercare specific for my skin type. Didn't feel like the treatment was rushed and was well taken cared of.

Been going to Laser Clinics Australia for 10 years for laser and this was my first time in NZ. It was probably the worst experience to date. The poor girl doing the treatment was clearly exhausted and frazzled from back to back treatments. I have never felt so rushed in my entire history of laser, to the point where it felt like someone in such a hurry should not really be allowed to use a laser on someone. I asked if she could add lip to the brazil and underarm. I said if there wasn’t enough time we can skip underarm to allow for lip. She literally started lasering my face while I was still explaining where I needed it. Same with Brazil I tried to explain not to go too close to the hairline but she just defensively said ‘we laser where it’s shaved’. The whole treatment she was in such a hurry it was practically a panic. Really feels like a factory at the expense of actually listening to the customer. Irony is Brazil and underarm is a 10min treatment and she had me in and out with Brazil and lip in 8 min… I was 20min early so I certainly didn’t delay her. Just unnecessarily stressful and such an unpleasant experience. If the workers were given a little more time per treatment perhaps they would deliver a better experience. Laser Clinics Australia have been delivering fantastic treatments so I don’t know why this clinic failed so miserably.

In the initial consultation I was told that I would see a reduction in hair. Going with what they said I had a course of around 10 laser hair removal treatments spaced about 4-6 weeks apart. By the end of the course of treatment the hair had actually been stimulated and gotten way worse. When I went in for a review on the 11th of April the laser technician said they used the highest possible settings to safely treat the hair. She was shocked at how much hair had been stimulated. She told me she’d get back to me with what I can do about the overgrowth of hair but I still haven’t heard from them. It’s been over a week. I wasted a lot of time and money to get a decent result and by the end of it I got the worst experience. Extremely disheartening and disappointing.

Great experience at featherston laser clinic! Victoria at featherston laser clinic is amazing. She is always friendly, cheerful and makes me feel comfortable every time - even when they are short staffed. She always checks to make sure I’m okay for each session and adjusts when I ask her to. My first session I was nervous beforehand, but she made me feel so comfortable and put me at ease. Would definitely recommend Victoria at featherston - especially for those who are looking to try Laser :)

It has been an amazing journey till date, I love the micro treatment and how friendly the staffs are, showing the correct path to take. Thank you Victoria one of the staff of laserclinics you have been just amazing helping me out through and through.

Victoria did an amazing job on my micro needling. She was extremely thorough, and explained what she was doing the whole time. I felt like I was being taken care of and that she had such expertise on the treatment and skincare in general. She has such a warm and helpful personality! Highly recommend.

I've been using Laser clinics for a couple of months for their laser hair removal. The results have been incredible. I've always put it off due to the costs but they have the best deals. Have recently started other treatments and they're always really nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend :)

I have been visiting Laser Clinics Featherston St for years, to receive hair laser removal. I've always been happy with their professional service and results and would highly recommend. Some great deals to watch out for too! More recently I have received cosmetic injectables at the clinic and couldn't be happier with the result and nurse.
