I bought a Policy from there website in New Zealand and they give it to me domestic one and after that I was trying to call them but no one to pick up the call for the last 3 day's I was trying to contact them Nothing happen. Honestly guy's very bad customer service and I can't even cancel the policy online. I just want my money back and I'm going to purchase insurance from someone else thanks

I loved how quickly my claim was approved - within 2 days of lodging it, then we had to wait for over 10 working days for it to be paid out. This was not very helpful as we had explained to your consultant that we needed to rebook and pay for a replacement holiday during the same vacation period. I was grateful that after I contacted 1 Cover they paid out that afternoon but not pleased at all about having to chase it up

Beware of taking out insurance with this company. Making a claim is time-consuming. It requires good IT skills. The information required for a claim, e.g., a revised itinerary during an emergency, may not be available. Nor is the relevance of some of the questions clear. Expect questions posed to the claims team to go unanswered. I have given up on making our small claim. It wasn’t worth the effort. The price for affordable “insurance” becomes not being insured. I seldom post reviews but in this case I want to help others avoid our mistake of insuring with 1Cover.

This isn't an insurance company, it's a collection of scam artists. They arnt there to help and will do everything they can to wriggle out of a legitimate claim and waste your time. Discusting service and anyone that travels I make an active effort to ensure they do not and will never use One Cover. Common sense is non existent as is an ounce of compassion for travelers that encounter issues beyond thier control. Sooner this company goes under or gets shutdown the better.

Used 1 Cover for many many years... buying policies easy. Making a claim for lost luggage for the first time ever on travel insurance - complete nightmare (Make sure you read the fine print to a tee) they'll make sure in anyway to find where they won't have to make a cover pay out during a stressful time when travelling... ill never use 1 cover again.

We were booked to travel to Italy last year however a couple of weeks before our trip was due to depart my husband and I both lost our dads. We cancelled our trip and incurred quite a few cancellation fees. 1Cover were so amazing to deal with, and covered all our cancellation fees. When we did travel to Italy last month my husband fell ill. Once again 1Cover were amazing to deal with and processed refunds for medical costs we incurred very quickly. I would highly recommend 1Cover Travel Insurance and would not hesitate to use again in future.

NEVER EVER USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY! they are fraud and scam , I lost my personal belongings while on holiday and provided them with all of the paperwork and they still came up With a ridiculous reason to not pay me! They are FRAUDS. I wish I could give them zero stars!

I would not go with this insurance again we took it for our second trip which was great with no incidents unless you got in trouble when we lost some of our family belongings. You may wait for the insurance respond for ages and eventually nothing has been paid off to us. Lost money lost trust in this company. Very poor do not trust advertisements. Unreliable in the time of your trouble. So sad:(

Got travel insurance from them a few times many years ago. Safe to say one thing with this company. Read the fine print! I made a claim (tried to) as to what was stolen/lost. was told to provide a receipt even though the item in question was a gift.I explained this a few times then took my loss and this experience as a learning lesson. I personally wouldn't bother with this company. If you have questions about any insurance. Make a list and write an email to them so you have some form of evidence. Reading the current reviews. I'm amazed it receives anything above 2 stars.
