I don't recommend getting your eyebrows done here, not worth $18. she has trimmed the top of my brows and it doesn't even match the top of the other brow. It is so noticeable. She also only did underneath my brow and was telling me that if she does the top it will go straight! I asked her if she can do the top. She then gave me the mirror and I looked and asked her to remove hairs she said it's gone and i said it's not, she did it and it finally was gone. It doesn't even look like my brows are done. Now my eyebrows are uneven and ones shorter than the other on the top where she trimmed. I also got a mustache one and I go home and it's not even properly done. She also didn't put any cream on my face for the redness. Horrible experience, she forsure did not know what she was doing and was really rude Lady's read reviews before you go I don't reccomend this salon

honestly, this place needs to be shut down. i now have a swollen infected eye from eyelash extensions not being applied properly. my lashes were rushed and put on in an unsanitary way. not sure if her hands were even washed as i could smell food coming from her hands as they were being applied. i have 2 friends that have also got a swollen eye from eyelash extensions from beauty by summit and sns nail infection aswell. you guys should be ashamed, benefiting off young woman that are putting their trust into you and you’re just ripping us off. absolutely pathetic and disgusting!!!!

I have regularly been getting my lashes done here for the past 2 years. Sumit & Baljeet’s professionalism & kind approach are one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I trust them & would highly recommend them to anyone wanting their lashes done.

I should have known to walk out when I was waiting 45mins over my booked appointment and witnessed so much rudeness from the young girl at the counter to customers and the music blaring so loud it was uncomfortable.Finally my time came to have my extensions done and the same girl from the counter (manager?) slung open the door and barked at the lash extension girl that she was way behind. I don't know if that made her rush but at the end when I went to look at them some of my top lashes were glued to my bottom lashes and I had to force them apart but the girl was confused by what was going on!The next day I was so irritated by my lashes I went back and asked to have them cut back. This clearly irritated the same young girl behind the counter and said they could but it would look bad. I stated I was confused why they were so long and weird looking anyway. She honestly could not care less and said 'you must be new to lash extensions' - I am not.Fast forward a week and they started falling out in clumps but left one clump of lashes attached to blobs of glue. It was horrendous.Never again.

Summit really needs to evaluate her business. I, about a year ago experienced the worst eye irritation ever! Five days of swelling and severe red eye irritation. I am not the only one by a long shot! I am not here to destroy a business however, these our our eyes! And this is so harmful! I am posting now because it’s happened to too many people to be a mistake.

Walked in and the owner took me in to get my eyebrows done. Couldn’t feel a thing, it was the only pain free experience I’ve had at a salon while getting eyebrows threaded. Loved the conversation and she was absolutely lovely. Will definitely be a regular :)

Would never ever return!! We are from out of town & went in with my daughter to get SNS nails, $148 (my daughter got extensions with SNS) the lady I got was nice but it’s VERY clear she is NOT experienced or trained at all!! My nails are thick and has SNS on my skin, haven’t used the drill around the cuticles at all. With 3 cuts to my fingers. Totally mess, which I’m going back to my local nail salon which is more $ after spending $148 here!After we left, showing my husband how bad the experience was, the guy that I had paid at the counter when we arrived came out after us asking how I had paid!!!! I wouldn’t ever step foot in there again! Wish we had read these reviews first….

Had a girls day here this weekend with my sister, the place is absolutely beautiful. My sister got a mani and pedi and they did a wonderful job and had a great selection of colours to choose from (gel polish). I got SNS extensions for the first time and the woman who did my nails was fantastic, she was really kind and gave great advice - very gentle too- and I absolutely love my nails! Thank you so much for the great service x

A lovely quiet beauty parlour in Queensgate. No sense of staff being rushed. Really friendly attentive service.
