Organic produce, wide range of health boosting products, gluten free and vegan stuff, great local milks and cheeses, plus dried goods and toiletries, teas. Small venue, not always everything you want is there; but nice staff and high quality.

It's good to see their efforts in bringing healthy alternative products, not only organic but vegan etc. However, it's very disappointing the amount of plastic used to pack vegetables. They do have some products you won't find in other shops and they can be very expensive, but there are also common products you can find in any other supermarket (countdown, etc) that are extremely overpriced here which reduces my willingness to come back more often.

While there is a good range of products at this shop, I’m taken back by the amount of plastic wrapped produce - come on it’s 2022. Much of the produce is also cheaper at a supermarket, and not as fresh because it moves quicker.

I like the range here but find it really pricey for the fresh produce etc. But if you are after something specific that is hard to get elsewhere they usually will have it. Also tried to get my natural/organic makeup through here but the testers were not kept nice and tidy (guess more down to the reps not keeping on top of this rather than the shop?) so that was disappointing as I was a serious buyer but didn't want to try things so went elsewhere.

The most appalling customer service I have EVER experienced.I went to check out after completing my shopping last week and the owner Joyce Lowyim served me. I was met with no greeting, so I said hello to her instead. She did not respond to me. I then asked if I could please buy a bag. Again, I had no response, instead she just placed the paper bag down onto the counter. I began packing my groceries and then the payment just came up on the eftpos machine - still without a single word spoken or any acknowledgement. I said thank you to her - and she wouldn’t even look me in the eyes. I then apologised to Joyce and said that if i had offended her in any such way that would warrant her behaviour, then I sincerely apologise. Then yet again, unsurprisingly, no response from her at all.I ended up just walking out in tears and will certainly never return.Joyce, I’m sure without a shadow of a doubt that you have a passion for helping people nourish their bodies with the wonderful products that you source and stock. However, I implore you to consider the impact that your own attitude and words (or in this case, lack thereof words) can have on the health and well-being of others.A little kindness goes such a long way.

I could never understand why people said they live to eat as I have always eaten simply because I had to.It’s only recently I have fallen in love with food and it’s because of the quality, variety and freshness of the food at ie produce. Take a piece of salmon. You don’t know fresh and quality until you buy from ie and compare it to the taste and texture of the supermarket. You will never buy it from a supermarket again…. And it’s the same price!!The veges are ALWAYS fresh. In the long run it saves you so much time as the food speaks for itself without complicating it by over saucing and over cooking. It’s so much easier and it’s so much nicer.Once you shop ie, you’ll never shop anywhere else. I genuinely mean this. And maayybbeeeee, the awesome owner might give you a sample of her delicious cooking which is how I fell in love with food. You won’t look back :)

This place is what it is. A limited and varying range of well presented organic produce at significantly higher prices that are typical for organic oroducts . My dozen or so encounters over a decade or so have not given me reason to rate this place higher than just average but many regular more enthusiastic shoppers may disagree with my assessment.
