I went into the store to order flowers today and left without doing so as the person behind the counter was so rude. There was no-one else in the store and she didn't look up from her phone to acknowledge me, although I stood there for some time. I won't be returning and would suggest others take their business somewhere more welcoming.

Celeste and the team were ultra helpful for someone with no knowledge about flowers. Worked with my budget and were accommodating to my needs and especially my last minute requirements. Made everything super easy and smooth. We're so happy that they came highly recommended by family members in the area and definitely would recommend them and use their services again! Have been spending our money (thousands) over 15years at this place to be treated by the owner and a couple of her staff with a sour face hardly ever saying hello and looking like we shouldn't even be in her shop. The owner is unwelcoming and sour looking, I like the quality of flowers and how they arrange them but their service towards me and my daughter is horrible. She will look behind us and be so friendly to the person behind us. I don't get it. I will no longer waste my money on her and will go elsewhere

Beautiful big bunch of brightly coloured flowers delivered very quickly......even when I tried to confuse the delivery by putting my own address where the recipients should have been. Would definetly recommend this florist. t
