Just went down an hour wait after placing my order cold as ##### pizza spent $100It's my local but won't be any longer stuff them normally once a week buying from themAnd then too top It off had hair on my pepperoni pizza fml YUCK

Food was good, Pizza and sides were tasty, pizza needs to be cut better, customer service is extremely lacking, workers did not look like they wanted to be there, store was dead silent no talking or music - miscommunication on what items were included in meal deals - left feeling a tad frustrated.

Really good service. (I have bad eye sight) I was using my cane and a staff member took my food to my table for me which was really nice, I enjoyed the pizza and garlic bread mainly because it just tasted soooo good. Once I finished my meal I asked where the bus stop was so I could get home safely so a staff member helped me get to the bus stop safely so I had a very nice visit and I will come back In the future.

The pizza sizes are ridiculous... I ordered 3 regular and they turned out to be micro pizzas. Barely bigger then a can of soda. Then the chips are soggy and cold. They also have the worst customer service. They don't greet you, make you feel welcome, rather you get out of the store so they can go back to chatting between themselves. The place is well overdue for a deep clean... badly.

Order placed approximately 6:45 and it said delivery at 7:30. Great as I’m driving for 40mins.Starting receiving calls at 7:10 and missing them as was driving. Pulled over to answer one and caller didn’t listen to me that I was driving and rang off each time which was frustrating. Got home to another call from shop asking again if I’d ordered pizza. Too many errors really. Front or back house? Was told nobody answered door. Sorry but security cameras have nobody arriving at all. I asked if pizza would be hot. It was now 7:30 and calls started 20 minutes earlier. Pizza finally delivered around 12 minutes later. Sadly leaning more towards cold. Training on phone etiquette/ speaking and listening carefully would help your staff. $8 delivery fee is a bit steep. Website for ordering wasn’t the best.

Ordered a Shrimp Garlic, I decided to give these guys a go but never again. The shrimp was rancid, I can not belive they put it on the Pizza. It tasted foul and it smelled bad. I called the store as soon as I took the first bite, I was told they will make a new one, Mhmmm No thanks. I was told they opened a fresh packet of shrimp this day. Guys, Please, you will kill someone.

Needed a break from cooking...Won't be ordering off you guys again...that was terrible..really bad..threw it out.. Glad you knew how to drop chips in a vat and cook for 5 mins...

Not much places to sit. Pizza is always good. Last time we went, they didn't check for my pizza when I went in and told the name, but it was done, and we ended up waiting ages, and pizza was cold.
